As a result of a report, the alleged conflict of interest of an elected member of the Castelló d'Empúries City Council who would have participated in the process of awarding different contracts to companies in which he would have financial personal interests or through different relatives has been examined. This action would involve a violation of the regulations on incompatibilities and would have resulted in a favorable treatment of the winning company.
