The alleged favored treatment granted by Cardedeu City Council to a company has been examined. The facts refer to the hiring, in 2015, through minor contracts, of services related to the Administration, attention to users, dynamization and cinematographic exhibition of the Municipal Institute of Culture. Once the formal agreement was reached, the services continued to be provided without any contractual coverage.
