The object of these actions has been the alleged irregularities in the award and execution of a works contract with consequent favorable treatment by the Town Council to the contractor. Specifically, it is the direct award in 2012 and invoking the need for urgent execution of the work, the remodeling of a municipal facility that would involve irregularities in the procurement procedure and in the execution of the object of the contract.
