The object of the present actions deals with the irregular exercise of the functions of the Secretary-Intervention jobs of the Cabanes and Mollet de Peralada Town Councils. From the investigative actions, it appears that the jobs of Secretary-Intervention in the municipalities of Cabanes and Mollet de Peralada have been provided improperly from at least 2010 to 2021 in Cabanes and from 2010 to the present in Mollet de Peralada. Taking into account that no element or indicator of corruption is appreciated, nor can it be inferred a higher than usual own and intrinsic risk of the management of public matters and of decision-making on public resources, it is recorded that the irregularities appreciated and it is transferred to the General Directorate of Local Administration on the irregularities previously exposed for the corresponding effects within the framework of the development of its powers.
