The object of the action is related to an alleged conflict of interest of two elected officials of the council in the mandate corresponding to the period 2011-2015 due to their participation in various municipal files. These people would not have refrained from participating in matters in which the interested parties of the agreements, or beneficiaries of the results of the agreements, would have been their relatives of the first degree of affinity. From the investigative actions carried out, it is concluded that there has not been a conflict of interest situation on the part of the elected officials and it is agreed that the action be archived.
