As a result of a report, the probable conflict of interest that would have affected a councilor of the council by the fact that a company of which a relative of his was a worker and administrator was awarded with minor contracts by El Bruc Town Council between 2007 and 2014. These actions have ended with an archiving resolution. The Town Council was also reminded of the need to preserve the principles of publicity and competition in public procurement and the exceptional nature of the minor contract and its inappropriate use in the procurement of services, supplies and works of a recurring nature.
