The purpose of the present actions is to analyze whether the council entered into a favorable treatment with the commercial company with which it carried out an exchange of properties and another linked to the rental of municipal facilities to an association through a direct procedure and at a discounted price. With regard to the exchange, it is proposed to be archived because it has not been possible to prove any corrupt or fraudulent actions attributable to those responsible for the Public Administration under investigation. With regard to the rental contract, the decision taken in plenary agreement to initiate ex officio review proceedings in order to declare the nullity of the Plenary agreement through which the lease contract was approved with the aforementioned association, and the subsequent declaration of nullity, constitute a re-establishment of ordinary legality, which was one of the claims of this investigative action. The action ends with a filing resolution.
