The alleged incompatibility of certain public and private activities of a physician at the Bellvitge University Hospital has been investigated, as well as an alleged irregular use of public funds for personal benefit from the holding of courses in spaces linked to the Hospital. During the course of the action, the non-compliance with the incompatibility regulations by the aforementioned physician has been ruled out and, with respect to the professional's intervention in the courses, his intervention in the organization of the courses has been verified, which are organized in spaces linked to the Hospital without having direct responsibility for their management, but he has benefited from them through the rental income from the rooms and spaces. For these reasons, the actions have been filed.
