The object of the investigation, initiated as a result of a report, is focused on any favorable treatment by the Bellver de Cerdanya Town Council to a company in the execution of a works contract. Modifications to the contract are prohibited according to the Particular Administrative Clauses (PCAP). In addition, the amount associated with the volume of work committed for these modifications exceeds the maximum limits established by law. Consequently, the Office considers that the approval of the contract modification file flagrantly violates both the PCAP of the contract and the Public Sector Contracts Law.
