The report is motivated by a suspicion regarding the possible payment of legal representation and defense fees arising from the filing of a complaint by the Mayor of the Town Council charged to the municipal budget. After analyzing the action, it is resolved to end it and declare it archived, without prejudice to the possibility of opening another one in the event that new information is known.
