As a result of a report, the alleged treatment in favor of the Societat Urbanística Metropolitana de Rehabilitació i Gestió SA (REGESA Metropolitan Urban Rehabilitation and Management Society), owned by the Consell Comarcal del Barcelonès, has been examined in the direct award of service contracts in favor of certain societies. In these awards, no legally prescribed procedure would have been followed, in a frontal and inexcusable way in breach of public procurement regulations. The alleged irregular payment of per diems and travel expenses to certain executives of the company REGESA has also been investigated. This aspect of the research action has ended with an archiving.
