As a result of a report, a possible favorable treatment is examined in the concurrence of irregularities on the occasion of the call for the provision of a job in the Local Audiovisual Network. In this examination, it is estimated that, first of all, the existence of an apparent poor planning and organization of the human resources of the society as a whole, expressed in a particular way in the approval of the call for the provision of the workplace object of the present investigation actions and, secondly, in the practice instrumented for the approval of this call, the constitutional principles that govern the right of access to public employment could have been violated , both for having apparently dispensed with the established procedure and for the impossible content as it is contradictory, which leads us to consider that the resolution that initiates the selection process could be susceptible to potential vices of nullity in full. Likewise, a review of the bases is considered relevant as there could be an apparent defect of radical nullity.
