Following a previous report, an investigation was initiated ex officio regarding the awarding of contracts to a software management company, which promotes digital participation of citizens, and the relationship with an association in the same field that collaborates with various public entities, specifically, regarding the possible conflict of interest of one of the members of the association's board of directors with the awarded company. This action ended with a resolution to close the case since no irregularity could be found in the point analyzed.
