Following a report of alleged improper use of vehicles belonging to the Barcelona Provincial Council for private use by specific staff, a lack of complete and uniform regulation of the use of all the vehicles at its disposal has been evidenced , whether with or without a driver, and criteria for authorizing or denying journeys originating and/or ending at the employee's home, becoming in some cases the possibility that they were returns in unrecognized species. The facts described constitute a significant control weakness and pose inherent risks in the use of these assets. A report has been sent to the corporation to establish measures in this regard.
