As a result of a report, possible irregularities that may have been committed within the scope of the Barcelona Olympic Foundation have been examined, which would affect aspects of administrative contracting, a possible situation of nepotism and a possible use of public resources for private benefit. The collaboration of the Analysis Services Department (DSA) of the Barcelona City Council has been counted on, which has carried out exhaustive proceedings and a very detailed report on the different aspects reported. From all the proceedings and actions carried out, it has been concluded that the IBE should introduce a series of improvements in the regulation of worker subrogation in order to minimise the risks of non-compliance with the regulations. With regard to the possible irregularities reported in administrative contracting, the exhaustive proceedings carried out have detected certain delays in the procedure but no indication that poses a higher than usual risk to be able to affirm that there has been any irregularity. Finally, regarding the possible use of public resources for private interests, it has been detected that some modules of a public sports facility are being occupied without a valid title and the regularization of the situation through the signing of an agreement has been urged.
