As a result of an ex officio action, union complaints related to the opacity of the management of Barcelona Metropolitans Transports (TMB) have been investigated, especially with regard to the remuneration of managerial staff and the criteria, policies and procedures for accessing these managerial positions, given the indications of the widespread existence of the phenomenon known as the revolving door. These actions have ended with a decision to archive because the reported irregularities could not be verified.
