The object of the investigation is the situation of possible conflict of interest in which the person responsible for a medical unit has found himself, due to his intervention in the awarding of a contract for the supply of 'a product, taking into account his paid collaboration with the supplier company in training tasks. These actions have ended with a decision to file, given that the possible infringement has expired even at the time the report was presented to the Anti-Fraud Office and, therefore, the disciplinary responsibility has been extinguished.
