The object of these actions revolves around the participation of a hospital manager in the signing of a framework agreement for collaboration and strategic alliance with a company and, in particular, to a presumed favorable treatment public would have dispensed to the mercantile in the referred intervention linked to his incorporation into the company, just after ceasing from the charges of the Hospital. These actions have ended with a resolution of filing since the possible violation detected had already expired, even at the time of receiving the complaint, and there would be no formal breach of the ban on private activities after the cessation. Despite the filing, the actions have been transferred to the Prevention Directorate of this office given the weaknesses observed in the management of incompatibilities and conflicts of interest.
