Irregularities were reported in a public tender for the onerous transfer and establishment of a 75-year surface right over certain assets, to be used for the promotion, construction and management of housing by housing cooperatives, processed by the Barcelona Municipal Institute for Housing and Rehabilitation of Barcelona of the Barcelona City Council. The investigative action carried out did not reveal the irregularities exposed in the complaint, and the actions were archived.
