The object of the investigation, initiated following a report, concerns the possible irregular use or destination of public funds related to the payment of financial supplements to council staff. The investigative actions confirm this irregular destination in so far as the corporation would be authorizing the payment of a temporary personal supplement to its staff by virtue of administrative provisions possibly null and void, which entails the need for the Local administration to resolve as soon as possible the legal doubts that have been raised in relation to the action reported. The City Council is urged to identify the administrative acts by virtue of which the right to receive this payment is recognized, to analyze their legal conformity and to assess the advisability of initiating an ex officio review procedure of the acts through which have had recognized the staff's right to receive the remuneration supplement that concerns us.
