Following a report, the alleged urban irregularities that have occurred in the triangle that make up the properties located between the streets of Portal de Santa Madrona, El Cid and Perecamps have been examined. The alleged irregularities were linked to: confusion in a transfer of buildability; the replacement of land corresponding to 10% of use in exchange for financial compensation; the possible deficit of public initiative in drafting the project. The urban action has to do with the project of repartition of the polygon of only action delimited to the Modification of the Special Plan of Interior Reform of the Raval of Barcelona, in the Drassanes sector.
