The purpose of these actions has been to examine the alleged irregularities in public procurement in awards over the period 2011-2015, which would have resulted in a favorable treatment of a particular supplier of the Town Council, derived from a negligent inertia in administrative processing. The irregularities identified would focus on the lack of prior and individual approval of invoices in excess of € 28,000, and the award, with deficiencies (lack of mandatory legal report, lack of denial), of a contract through the negotiated procedure without publicity out of urgent urgency.
