This action was initiated following a letter from the State Tax Administration Agency through which it forwarded two anonymous complaints that alerted to irregularities in a sponsorship contract signed between the Badalona City Council and the Club Joventut Badalona SAD, awarded on December 18, 2017 by the Local Government Board. The investigative actions carried out have shown that the suspicions raised by the complainant were unfounded and, consequently, it was decided to file it, given that the analysis of the facts analyzed in relation to the reported contract does not prove any corrupt actions or conduct, typical of the scope of action of this Office.
