The object of the investigation, initiated following a complaint, revolves around a possible favorable treatment by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) towards a teacher from the center in relation to the application of the regime of incompatibilities. It has been established that the UAB professor has been providing services to the university full-time or part-time, and simultaneously, carrying out another activity, without the corresponding authorization of compatibility. It is considered that there are enough elements to conclude that the UAB has not exercised disciplinary power despite the repeated breaches of the incompatibilities regulations.
