In the course of the action initiated following a report, alleged irregular actions in the procurement of services by the The Auditorium and the Orchestra Consortium, which would have occurred between the end of 2013 and the middle of 2016, were investigated. As a result of the examination carried out, it has been found that the bulk of the irregularities were already detected by the delegated intervention and the general intervention and the decisions that were considered most appropriate were adopted, without having been evidenced corrupt elements related to the irregularities detected in matters of contracting. Given the action of the corresponding control bodies, the decisions taken in this respect and the time that has passed since the irregularities occurred, the action has been archived.
