As a result of a report, the alleged conflict of interest and the possible concurrence of a ban on hiring a councilor from the municipal government team, has been investigated. A company of which he is a joint administrator would have been awarded during the period 2011-2013 of different contracts for a total amount of 1,493 euros. These actions have ended with a resolution of archiving, reminding the council the obligation of the contracting bodies to take appropriate measures to combat fraud, favoritism and corruption, and prevent the detection and resolution of conflicts of interest that may arise in procurement procedures. This obligation is explicitly included in the Public Sector Contracts Act.
