As a result of a report, an alleged favorable treatment by the Arenys de Mar Town Council to the concessionary company of the municipal waste collection service of the municipality has been investigated. The public contract would have been extended in time for years, beyond the forecasts contained in the administrative clauses and without having made any new public tender in that period. These actions have resulted in an archiving resolution.
