Due to the complaint made, the possible irregular contracting of a service in the municipal sports field and the supply of various food services was investigated, for having presumably favored relatives of the government team. In the first case, it was not possible to testify to the relationship of kinship, friendship or any other type between the contractor and the municipal officials. In the second case, it was verified that there was a prohibition on contracting and incompatibility on the part of one of the elected municipal officials, for which reason it was urged to review the payments made ex officio, as well as that the elected official choose to remain as a councilor or become a municipal contractor, and, finally, if one of the indicated options was not chosen, a sanctioning file would be initiated in accordance with the regulations on transparency and good governance.
