The investigative action is initiated following the report for alleged irregularities relating to the remuneration and dedication of a public worker, as well as a possible situation of incompatibility due to the exercise of a private professional activity. As a result of the investigation carried out, this Office has considered relevant (i) to notify the Anoia County Council of the possible commission of a disciplinary offense related to the system of incompatibilities of personnel in the service of public administrations and (ii) ) to file the questions relating to the effective dedication of this person to his workplace and to the remunerations paid, given that it has been established that there are preliminary proceedings initiated by the Court of Auditors in this regard.
