Following a report, the alleged favorable treatment of a trading company, linked to the possible bidding and subsequent irregular award of a supply contract, has been examined. It has been set the specific model and brand of the product to be supplied in the set of particular administrative clauses without establishing alternatives. The irregular identification of the brand and model in this tender is confirmed, and that the contractual object should have been defined in accordance with performance, functional requirements or technical specifications, which has not been done. Consequently, there may have been a cause of full nullity of the tender.
