As a result of the report, the possible irregular splitting of contracts for the acquisition of lighting during the month of February 2019through smaller contracts and without compliance with public procurement regulations was analyzed. Taking into account the fact that the supplies were made at a specific time, and were not repeated beyond the aforementioned period, a reasoned recommendation was submitted so that the municipal needs were effectively and specifically defined, in order to avoid distortion of competition between potential bidding companies.
