The existence of possible irregularities was raised, regarding the lack of official advertising, in the calls for two selection processes to set up job boards for certain positions in the Town Council. After analyzing the two calls for staff carried out, it was found that maximum publicity had not been guaranteed for the municipal decisions regarding the insertion of the call announcement in the official bulletins, the requirements to compete and of the final result achieved. This fact could have constituted, beyond the possible violation of the civil service regulations, a possible breach of the regulations on transparency and access to public information. For these aspects, the municipal corporation is urged to, if appropriate, ex officio review the calls and, at the same time, reduce the possible scope of the possible infringement in terms of transparency.
