Following two reports filed in which a possible irregular provision is alerted, firstly, of an undetermined set of positions for Town Council staff, and, subsequently, of a specific job position, the object of the investigative actions is limited to the examination of a hypothetical irregular exploitation derived from an alleged preferential treatment and of conduct in which irregular practices may occur, opposed to probity and attacks on the legality and integrity in the exercise of public functions. After ascertaining the facts, a possible violation of the regulations regulating access to the provision of services within the public sector is assessed, and it is resolved to send a reasoned report to the municipal corporation regarding the possible full nullity of the contracts as temporary workers carried out in the years 2007 and 2008 examined.
