Following a report regarding the possibility that the Aldea Town Council had accepted the transfer of a private asset by establishing irregular agreements, a lack of assessment of all the encumbrances derived from the free transfer of the asset to the detriment of general interests and in favor of the transferor has been identified, as well as a conflict of interest in the Mayor of the municipality, who participated in the transfer both from his public responsibilities and from private interests. Given these findings, a reasoned report has been sent to the corporation so that it can inform about the measures it considers adopting regarding the irregularities indicated therein.
