A report has been investigated regarding a possible breach of the regulations on incompatibilities by an elected official who would have combined an activity as a self-employed professional with the exercise of the position. Given the age of the events, which date back to 2012, and the limited impact of the analyzed conduct on public resources, it is agreed that the actions will be archived, although a communication will be sent to the council, while remembering the obligation to take the appropriate measures in order to effectively prevent, detect and manage any situation that, even in an apparent way, may pose a potential conflict of interest within the framework of the contracting procedures, with the purpose of avoiding any distortion of competition and guaranteeing transparency in the procedure and equal treatment to all candidates and bidding companies.
