Agullana and Maçanet de la Selva Town Councils

Following a report, possible breaches of the incompatibilities regime by certain members of staff of the Maçanet de la Selva Town Council have been examined. The report referred, on the one hand, to a civil servant who allegedly combined her municipal activity with music classes, and, on the other, to a municipal technician who allegedly worked full-time at both the Maçanet de la Selva Town Council and the Agullana Town Council. The examination carried out did not reveal any elements that would allow us to assess a relevant breach of the incompatibilities regime in relation to the reported teaching activity. With regard to the provision of technical services in two city councils, a double full-time dedication has not been accredited, but rather an authorized partial activity, equivalent to 25% of the working day and complementary to the main dedication. Although this ongoing external service has a peculiar configuration and may generate administrative doubts, especially due to its regular nature and linked to a specific entity, no evidence of sufficient entity has been obtained to justify a review action. In accordance with these results, the action has been archived.
