This investigative action has aimed to analyze the possible existence of irregularities related to the construction of municipal parking lots in the Sant Joan and Músic terraces in the municipality of Àger and the contracts and agreements signed by the Town Council to be able to carry them out. Regarding the destination of the Sant Joan and Músic terraces for parking lots, both the Department of the Vice-Presidency and Digital Policies and Territory of the Generalitat of Catalonia (Catalan Government) as well as the Territorial Urban Planning Commission of Lleida and the Prosecutor's Office have already carried out actions on the works carried out and have expressed their opinion on this issue. Regarding the exchange agreement for the Sant Joan terrace, it has been possible to prove that the valuation of the two properties included in aforementioned agreement does not coincide with the valuation contained in the technical report carried out by the architect of the County Council. On the other hand, the aforementioned report contains several deficiencies regarding the valuation of the properties, which affect some of the parameters used. However, these are deficiencies that would harm the private party and not the Town Council. At the time the facts were analyzed, there was no evidence that the administrative exchange procedure had been initiated and it must be at this stage when the municipal control bodies (secretariat and intervention, among others) rule on the economic aspects of the exchange and on the legality of the procedure undertaken.
