The Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia commitment to accessibility
The Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia website has been created with a commitment to offering universal access, regardless of the physical, sensory or intellectual capabilities of the people who consult it and the context in which they use it (type of device, software, connection speed, environmental conditions, etc).
This being so we are working to adapt the website to the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in order to eliminate any possible barriers to information and communication. These recommendations are set out in the UNE 139803:2012 standard on web content accessibility guidelines, which updates and replaces the previous standard of 2004.
The Anti-Fraud Office is committed to attaining level AA conformance, as required of public administrations by the following EU, Spanish and Catalan legislation:
Norma UNE 139803:2012 (in Spanish)
Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 26 October
Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September (in Spanish)
Law 13/2014, of 30 October, on accessibility (in Spanish)
